Frequently asked questions
Before you send a message, check if one of the answers below fits. These cover the most common topics investors ask about — response times, data sources, market coverage, and sharing deals with lenders or partners.
How fast does the InstantlyAnalyze team respond to support questions?
We read every incoming message and usually reply within one business day. Billing and account-access questions are prioritized and often answered the same day.
Where does InstantlyAnalyze get its rent comps and property data?
Rent estimates combine public listing data, MLS-sourced comparables where available, and our own normalized market datasets. You can override any input on a per-deal basis when you have local knowledge the data does not capture.
Which markets and property types does the rental property calculator cover?
The rental property calculator, BRRRR analyzer, and rent estimator work across the U.S. for single-family rentals, small multifamily (2–4 units), and most typical investor deal structures. Commercial multifamily and mixed-use deals are on the roadmap.
Can I export deal analyses or share them with my lender or partner?
Yes. Every saved deal has a shareable link and a PDF export that includes inputs, assumptions, cash flow projections, and return metrics, formatted so a lender or investing partner can review without needing an InstantlyAnalyze account.
