Anything you leave out falls back to the default assumptions saved on your account, so you can correct one number and run the deal again.
The connector uses OAuth 2.1. ChatGPT and Claude never see your password: they send you to InstantlyAnalyze to sign in, then receive a token scoped to your account. Sign-in supports Google and email with a password, and tokens can be revoked at any time by removing the connector.
Free accounts are metered on the server, and the same allowance covers the website and the connector. Usage counts are enforced per account, not per chat.

Addresses are sent to RentCast when rent is estimated. Payment is handled by Stripe if you upgrade. Sign-in is handled by Auth0. Reports are stored on your InstantlyAnalyze account until you delete them. The privacy policy covers collection, storage, sharing, retention, and how to request deletion.
Yes. The first time you use a tool, ChatGPT or Claude sends you to the InstantlyAnalyze sign-in page, where you can sign in with Google or with an email and password. A new account is created if you do not have one.
New accounts include five property analyses and five rent estimates, shared with the website. Paid plans remove those limits. The connector tells you how many free runs you have left and links to checkout when you run out.
The connector only exposes the four tools listed on this page. It can read the reports saved on your own account, create new ones, and update existing ones. It cannot read other users data, billing details, or anything else in your account.
Remove the connector in ChatGPT or Claude. That revokes its access token. Your saved reports stay in your InstantlyAnalyze account and remain available on the website.
Rent estimates come from RentCast, which returns a rent figure for the address plus a low and high range based on comparable rentals nearby.
